Accuracy in Media’s Kincaid defends Uganda ‘execute gays’ bill after condemnation by Obama, Clinton

When the “kill gays” bill in Uganda was denounced today by President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton at the National Prayer Breakfast, everyone knew it would fire up the bigots— and Cliff Kincaid (usasurvival.org) was quick to hit the send button on this hate-filled press release. You won’t believe the defense—the execution and “cleansing” by Uganda of its gays is all about ensuring national health.* I sh*t you not.

Kincaid, president of America’s Survival, Inc., and editor of Accuracy in Media, says the legislation is designed to save lives by discouraging homosexual practices which spread disease and death.

“The purpose is completely at variance with what the U.S. media have reported,” he said. “It is not a ‘Kill the Gays’ bill. Rather, it is designed to kill the disease that some homosexuals spread through their reckless and irresponsible conduct and lifestyle.”

Kincaid said that the much-publicized death penalty provision in the bill is for deliberately spreading AIDS and engaging in homosexual behavior that threatens children and society.

“Uganda’s people and government deserve support, not criticism, from the United States,” said Kincaid. “They are up against the international homosexual lobby, the money of George Soros, and the Obama Administration. They are trying to create a Christian culture that is protective of families and children.”

Would Kincaid support the execution of heterosexuals who engage in unsafe sex or who engage in pedophilia as well, since AIDS on that continent is mostly spread through heterosexual sex? I didn’t see him proposing that anywhere. As Joe Jervis said, Kincaid is

defending the bill as necessary to prevent “homosexual imperialists” from continuing their campaign to fuck as much AIDS into the children of Uganda as possible.

Kincaid and the rest of these defenders of this execution and “queer cleansing” bill are completely morally bankrupt, repugnant—and proud of it.

* Note that in this universe of eliminationism, lesbians and the demographically lower rate of STD transmission than heterosexuals conveniently never comes up.

This is what they think of sex in general. It’s just intensified because it’s about teh gay sekx. Jeez, dude, get some therapy. Wouldn’t you think people would be more cautious about revealing shit like this about themselves?

“Wouldn’t you think people would be more cautious about revealing shit like this about themselves?”

They have zero self-awareness, and they know that no matter what they say, as long as they aren’t caught in a gay relationship themselves, these leaders will never be held responsible by their “flock”.  And the more it makes people on The Left (or anyone just has basic decency) angry, the happier they are…

Their hatred is poisoning them and so they’re dumping it on others. So much for the ‘love the sinner’ excuses.

Holy shit!  I don’t think anything has ever made me literally facepalm before, but this…

I… really… no words.

I hear Uganda is sitting on a massive untapped oil reserve.

Now I wouldn’t begin to suggest that American politicos have infiltrated a foreign country to whip up a bigotry-inspired witch hunt that will result in the deaths of thousands of people, all to get a few oil-friendly cronies into high office.

But, you know…

If they truly believe that the peen is a mighty death-dealing machine tamed only by woman, who with her wiles is determined to deny man the quenching in her flesh he so passionately desires, then that might explain a few things.  Like why they’re so scared of other mens’ peens.

Every time I hear a conservative Christian talk about AIDS, I always wonder where they would be without it.  A large chunk of their homophobia is linked to their fake concern over AIDS.  I can honestly say that AIDS is the best thing to the Christian Right in a long time.

Oil in Uganda—oh, it all becomes clear now.

And, if we had a Republican president and Congress, how much ya wanna bet we’d be backing a war or insurrection over there, providing cover for Halliburton to suck up all that oil?

But give it to the “Christians,” they’re trying their best to foment death and destruction, demonizing one group, as an aid to politicians who will be free with the oil leases.

They were also cheerleaders for the war in Iraq, hoping that would bring on Armageddon all the sooner, so credit where credit is due: Christians for the death march (that provides cover for Halliburton.)

“They are up against the international homosexual lobby, the money of George Soros, and the Obama Administration.”

They hit the trifecta!

Comment #9: Mark  on  02/04  at  09:21 PM

Add ACORN, it’s the quadfecta!

Fwiw, the evangelical christians have been involved in reource exploitation for at least the past century or so. They have pretty much a perfect cover for moving in, they do some nice things, and they give you a cheap workforce that can understand english.

A kindler gentler southwest mission movement.

Ah, so it’s an XTREME! version of the traditional “hate the sin, love the sinner” dogma.

By the same reasoning, I suppose he’ll totally be in support of my bill to execute any children who aren’t vaccinated and jailing any parents who harbor such children. We have to bring down communicable disease rates, donchaknow.

I propose chopping off the hands of anyone who doesn’t wash after using the toilet.

I simply cannot believe that someone this hateful and murderous could have any kind of legitimate platform given to them by the national media.  And from what I can see of the picture, this wasn’t even Fox.  CNN, wtf?

Comment #14: Katherine  on  02/05  at  05:08 AM

Okay, but the Uganda law calls for extradition of any gay Ugandan, anywhere.  Which puts the lie to the claim that they’re trying to protect their own citizens from HIV.

Comment #15: DonnaDiva  on  02/05  at  05:32 AM

Most HIV transmissions on the continent of Africa are heterosexual.  So this concern about AIDS is a lie on every single level.  There is no way this law will be enforced on people who are actually spreading AIDS on purpose—-such people are incredibly rare sociopaths that come in all sexual orientations, and hardly a reason to have some social panic.

Setting aside one group and declaring them diseased is pretty much textbook bigotry.  Chasing people down and making them social pariahs is a good way to encourage the spread of disease.  We were able to squeeze HIV down in the U.S. through openness and acceptance that helped people be in the right mindset to make good choices when having sex.

Well, there’s an opportunity…Mr. Kincaid, could you please describe homosexual behavior that in your mind DOESN’T threaten children and society?  Because if your answer is that all of it does, then in fact you are advocating the death penalty for all homosexuals, which is what you are denying is the case.  Moron.

And this guy is “president of America’s Survival and editor of Accuracy in Media.”  An oxymoronic two-fer.

Oh, and is “the international homosexual lobby” anything like “the international Communist conspiracy?”

“I can no longer sit back and allow homosexual infiltration, homosexual indoctrination, homosexual subversion and the international homosexual lobby to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids!”

I think some “homosexual infiltration” would do them some good.

Comment #20: cynickal  on  02/05  at  03:02 PM

I know it’s kind of silly to pretend people like this care about the truth. Still, if you look at the actual bill, you see that a homosexual who has sex at all can be put in jail for life (this is actually true now, it’s just the current law talks about ‘unnatural behavior’) and ‘that a serial offender’ can be executed. A ‘one-time offender’ can be put to death if they have AIDs.

Also, if you know someone who is gay and don’t report them you can go to jail for up to three years.

Comment #21: JohnL  on  02/05  at  03:12 PM

This is an issue liberals can support the president on, and they should. The president should publicly ask Kincaid if the Reverend Haggard and former president W. Bush should be subjected to the laws of Uganda.

Comment #22: mnsr  on  02/05  at  03:18 PM

Paul @11, I think I need to dispute your assertion that the Ugandan pro-Holocaust legislation is a “kinder, gentler” version of anything.

Nelson Rockefeller, from his position as President Eisenhower’s special assistant for Cold War strategy and as advisor to many presidents concerning Latin and South America, used the CIA and evangelicals to open the Amazon to oil exploration. and help him maintain his personal mini-empire.  Documented in Thy Will Be Done: The Conquest of the Amazon : Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil by Gerard Colby and Charlott Dennett
