Oh, Jonah.  You’re the dumbest. 

What always so great about Jonah Goldberg is that he’s got the world’s biggest chip on his shoulder despite having no actual worthwhile accomplishments to his name that he should feel forced to defend. Being the Paris Hilton of the conservative movement will do that for you.

So Obama thinks America is broken and wants to fix it, i got no problem with that. I guess all politicians who run for President of the greatest nation on earth think it’s broken to some degree, if they didn’t why would they run for office. The only difference between McCain and Obama is they don’t agree on how they think the country is broken, as amatter of fact neither can agree on how they feel its broken in their own minds. They flip-flop so much who can tell, it’s like having John Kerry run against himself.

Jonah “I’m An Embarrassment To My Species” Goldberg knows that he could say just about anything, and as long as it’s couched in terms implying proof of the fundamental gulf between Real (“conservative”) Americans and Libruls, the Koolaiderati will drink it up without a thought.

And being attacked by anybody to the left of William F. Buckley is proof that Jonah’s nonsensical droolings must be correct.  (Correctness in the wingnut world being based on who is saying it, not what they are saying.)

The load of almost random shit he pasted together as his book “Liberal Fascism” is basically the pinnacle of that phenomenon.  Without wingnut welfare, that boy would be just another bitter 3rd-rate high school teacher with authoritarian leanings whose classes every student would try like hell to avoid…

I’ve occasionally toyed with the idea of doing a mashup of columns by the dumbest Republican columnists, like Jonah, Michael Medved, Ralph Peters, Malkin, Ace o’ Dorks, and few others, send it in to some conservative outfit and see if I could rake in some extra cash. I’m just not sure I’ve got the stomach to wade through all that bilge for the sake of an extra paycheck. Even worse, future employers might find ‘em.  :(

One thing about it, regardless of how nonsensical your argument might sound, as long as they accept your “conservative” bona fides you’re good to go.  They’ll never seriously question the bullshit.  If you can get somebody on Kos or some other lefty blog to question it, you’ll really be in solid with your conservative homeys…

Well, one of the big problems is getting all the dumbest Repubs to plug into the mashup. As soon as you’ve got what seems to be a definitive list, there’s always another dozen or two others that are really worthy of inclusion…

I guess the biggest problem is still getting paid. No way I’d use my real name for something like this, but one still wants to deprive some outfit like RenewAmerica of a little of their ScaifeCash. It’s hard to cash the checks to SteelRod McManWar when Mr. McManWar doesn’t have a bank account…  smile
