Oh, Morning Joe

Peggy Noonan…talks very…deliberately...to pretend that…her adjective-slinging is…what do I want to say…relevant? Maybe…insightful?

If one struggles with sufficient vigor to form a language construction of sufficient complexity and obscurity, the result can be used to effectively mask an otherwise mundane and cliché observation and have it appear to be an insightful remark, at least to those whose appreciation of advanced language begins and ends with William F. Buckley Jr. channeled through the verbal stylings of Rush Hudson Limbaugh III…

That’s SO gay.

Hey, if you got caught on a hot mic exposing your neoCon hypocrisy to the world, you’d be a little gun-shy, too.

I liked her better when she was channeling Tupac. Because that shit was pimp tight.

You know, it’s sad that despite everything that is wrong with it Morning Joe is still the best morning news show.

Don’t forget this gem, Gracchus (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTbsbeY5k5k) it is Buchanan and Scarborough panning the idea of Palin being VP minutes before she is picked. After she is picked, they say she was the best pick ever.

To me, at least, she always sounds like she’s drunk on a thousand pints of Lite . . .

Some folks would call that hypocrisy. Others would call it party discipline. I call it hilarious. Especially given that Buchanan and Scarborough went right back to panning the Palin pick after her second or third Katie Couric interview.

I’ll say this. The “liberal” media has turned the GOP into Jell-O in front of a mic. After years of dodging or swatting away difficult questions and getting back rubs and reach arounds from their insiders, Palin was the inevitable result of a party that just wasn’t concerned with fielding a candidate capable of answering a straight question.

How’s Schlossberg any better in front of the cameras?

No worries, Essie—we know your actual views. If someone here starts whinging about members of the Kennedy or Clinton families in that childish “he did it too” way, it’s usually a wingnut troll. That he does it under another user’s name indicates he’s a particularly deranged wingnut troll.

Comment #10: Gracchus on 01/16 at 01:49 PM

Our little trollboy has been quite busy playing mischief with people’s names. What a dick…

The video linked to at comment #3 is also interesting because she doesn’t have her “Margaret Dumont” accent that she saves for when she pontificates, like calling Tweedy “Christopher” somewhat like a nun teaching a 7th grade history class.

I thought Amanda was going to killscript anything that came in from a masked IP?

You know I expect that kind of crap from Scarborough, but I was kind of disappointed with Buchanan. Because unlike Scarborough, he is intelligent* and not usually a total party hack. But for some reason he was smitten with Palin even though she was no paleocon. I don’t know what got into him.

*As long as the subject isn’t Mexicans or Jews, anyway.

Please, remember every time you acknowledge his existence, he will stay that much longer. He’s a broken person who needs attention badly, and will take it even if it’s hate.

Ultimately, her main appeal is to Know-Nothings—Buchanan’s constituency. This is precisely where he wants the GOP to go. That Palin proved so stupid and ignorant that she was an unacceptable leadership candidate even to a racist social conservative like Pat is another matter.

Yes, “Good Morning Joe”, is probably the best morning show. We get to see both sides in the Great Debate, don’t have that on the other shows or for the rest of the day as far as MSNBC is concerned. Joe is alone over there. Wonder how long that will last on the Soros network. See some of the comments are from those who only like people who agree with them. They should stay at their leftist school and they wouldn’t run into that. Guess when you go to a lefty school and live at home with mom and dad you don’t run into many who disagree with your pinko ideals. Sure John Maynard Keynes, Castro, and Hitler (he didn’t like dissent either) are your heros—-at any rate they should be.
