I was yelling at the TV for Fergie to take Valencia off, long before the incident, because he was having such a poor game. It was a pretty nasty-looking injury, though. United can ill-afford to lose any more players to injury - it cost them the league last year, and there appears to be a dearth of speed and creative talent at the club right now.
That injury to Antonio Valencia will put me off my dinner for a week. Ugh.
