and the Italian flopping begins

Lawlz. Seriously. I don’t care about Serie A, though I’ll watch AC Milan if Gooch might play.

Because it’s all about me, you’ll all be pleased to know that my DVR arrived today.  Integrated, no less, in case I want to record both Manchester matches at once. I don’t, but, you know, just in case.

... my DVR arrived today.

After about two days, you’ll wonder how you survived without it.

Actually, since the problem was that I couldn’t get my S1 tivo to work with my new TV provider, I was already wondering that.

I really need a DVR. I already pay so damn much for cable, but it’s coming down to either forking over the extra money or trying to convince my boss that I can totally work from home…...which I really can’t, but shut up.

Not that I can really watch these games (what with my being a cable-less troglodyte), but are the ‘big 4’ in the Premier League going to become the footy version of the Red Sox/Yankees for ESPN? Not that I wouldn’t mind (having the opportunity, of course) seeing more of Liverpool, but I’d rather watch Chelsea/Fulham instead of the Reds and Villa…

When I first moved here in the 90s you coul get one game a week. On pay per view. If you were lucky. Just looking at this schedule makes me weep tears of sweet fangirl joy!
